BOSTON/North End – Despite steady rain, approximately 40 people came out Sunday afternoon to the Sacco and Vanzetti Commemoration’s Society 5th annual rally and march to commemorate the 83rd anniversary of the 1927 executions of Italian immigrant anarchists Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti.

BOSTON/North End - On Saturday, 30 people marched from Copley Square to the Paul Revere Mall in the North End to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the execution of Italian-American anarchist organizers Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti. Rallies at both ends of the march celebrated their lives, and mourned their deaths. The event was organized by the Boston-based Sacco and Vanzetti Appreciation Society.

BOSTON/North End - Veterans for Peace, Iraq Veterans Against the War, and Military Families Speak Out held a Peace Memorial on the Boston waterfront in Christopher Columbus Park on Memorial Day.
