BOSTON/Copley Square - NEWS BRIEF: About 300 people held a protest today in Copley Square against Israel's ongoing attack on Gaza - now seemingly building towards a full-blown invasion.

Speakers addressed the US government's complicity in the conflict by supplying weapons and training to the Israeli military, and the resulting deaths of hundreds in Gaza. Many protesters wore signs around their necks - each listing the name of one of the many Palestinians killed in Israel's attack so far.

Protesters then marched through downtown Boston before returning to Copley Square.

There was a moderate police presence at the event. More updates as they become available.
