So although I'm not writing an Apple story for OMB this week, I had to post something for the Cult. Mac users who have switched from Windows will know the pain of acclimating to the unusual behavior of the "home" and "end" keys on OS X. Rather than going to the beginning and end of a particular line, the keys jump to the top and bottom of a document. This is, perhaps, what took the longest time for me to adjust to when I switched a couple years ago.
Fortunately, there is a free utility called KeyFixer that will remap these keys to behave the way most users would expect. It's too late for me, but if the keys still trip you up, give the utility a try and let us know how it works.

never used those fuggin' keys anyhow ... waste of keyboard space, and really annoying when you hit 'em by accident, IMHO ...
