Formed in 2001, Minus the Bear is an indie rock band from Seattle, Washington that is comprised of Jake Snider on guitar and lead vocals, Dave Knudson on guitar, Alex Rose on keyboards, Cory Murchy on bass and Erin Tate on drums. The band has released several EPs and albums, including 2005’s Menos el Oso and 2007’s Planet of Ice. Their newest album, Omni, will be released by Dangerbird Records on May 4, 2010.
